We are a church community that is passionate about Christian discipleship, but we also enjoy having fun togher! As the Scriptures say: the joy of the Lord is our strength. And yes, we absolutely love kids!

Worship gatherings are casual, lively, fun, and central to all that we do!

Expect to be invited to sing along with music and hymns, engage in moments of prayer, interact with an engaging message and biblical teaching, meet a few people, grow in the knowledge of Jesus, and experience God’s presence.

We have two worship gatherings that begin at 9:00a and 10:30a. Our worship gatherings will last approximately 80 minutes.

During the summer, on the last Sundays of June and July, our worship gatherings will be hosted outside the church building. Check our gathering and events schedule for up to date information. 

As we said, we love kids! With that, a few things for you to know:

  1. During our worship gatherings, we always begin together as families in the Sanctuary. We will sing together before dismissing kids to their age-appropriate worship environment.
  2. Every fifth (5th) Sunday of the month, we have a family worship gathering with no separate kids worship.
  3. All kids 6th grade and below are welcome to join us in the life center after the kids worship dismissal in the sanctuary. However, because we are a growing community, we have a non-uniform kids schedule for our worship gatherings.
    1. WILD WORSHIP (5th-6th) is at 9:00a only.
    2. NURSERY (0-2 years) is available at both worship times.
    3. WIGGLY WORSHIP (K-4th) is available at both worship times.
    4. WEE WORSHIP (3-5 years) is available at 10:30a only. 
  4. Please remember, all kids are welcome to join at either worship time. But they may be with an age group a little younger or a little older depending on which service you join us for. 
  5. Our kids worship schedules generally follows the school-year calendar. So, in the summer, most kids stay with families for the entire worship gathering; the only kids worship we have during the summer is WEE WORSHIP (3-5 years) at 10:30a only. 

Easy - Wear what you're comfortable with! If you are a jeans and tee type of person (like Pastor Brad), wear that! If you like to dress up on Sundays with a tie (like Pastor Justin), that's excellent too!

Some in our community simply wear jeans or shorts and tees. Others in our community dress up in a skirt, dress, or slacks with a button-down and tie or polo. 

First Church Bellevue is located at 901 Northwest St, Bellevue, OH 44811.

We have a spacious parking lot that does fill up at times. If our parking lot is full, there is auxillary parking available right outside of our back exit across the street (you'll see driver's ed cones in part of the lot). Once parked, you can either enter into the double doors named "Offices" and you'll see the Sanctuary at the first left turn. Or, you can enter in through the overhang on the side of the building; this is connected straight to our lobby right outside of the Sanctuary.
